Agreement

These terms apply when you use Torr, a fitness app published by Forge Gym Systems. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

What Torr gives you

• Workout plans and a library of exercises with video.
• AI-generated workout and diet plans based on the profile you fill in.
• Meal plans with daily tracking.
• Training radio.
• Progress tracking, personal records and workout history.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
• Tell us right away if someone uses your account without permission.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Torr.
• One account per person; don't share it.

Subscription, trial and billing

Torr Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never receive your card details.

• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
• Monthly is $9.99 and yearly is $79.99 (United States pricing).
• When the trial ends, the plan you chose renews automatically at the price above, and keeps renewing until you cancel.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal, within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancel any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Cancelling during the trial keeps access until the trial ends and prevents the first charge.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If we change the price, Apple will ask you to confirm before the new price applies.

Health disclaimer

Torr is a fitness tool, not medical advice. The workouts, calorie targets and meal plans it produces are general suggestions generated from what you enter, and they are not reviewed by a doctor or a licensed dietitian. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or managing a medical condition. Train within your limits, and stop if something hurts. You use the app at your own risk.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or its servers.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, abusive, or that isn't yours to share.
• Don't resell or redistribute the app's content.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we close your account without cause, you can ask Apple for a refund of the unused period.

Your content

What you enter — your logs, photos, messages — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the app can work. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Torr running, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Forge Gym Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Forge Gym Systems is established.
